Giving Your Best, Your 100%
➙ I am going to give my 100% to the job.
➙ Your 100%?
➙ Yes. My 100%. My best.
➙ What is your goal? Your participation or the success of the job?
➙ Of course, the success of the job. The outcome is what we are here for.
➙ If so, it is not important how much work you put in — 90%, 100% or 110%. What's important is to give the necessary effort to accomplish the task. Why don't you give just that much effort and nothing more?
➙ I am just saying that I am not going to leave any stones unturned to achieve the result.
➙ That attitude of leaving no stones unturned must be the attitude you wear all the time. The status quo. It must not be something extra-ordinary... something that needs to be acknowledge every time.
➙ Well, sometimes you may not be in that right mindset of leaving no stones unturned; in that mindset of exploring all options and figuring out a way to accomplish the mission.
➙ If you are not in that mindset, you shouldn't be attempting the job in the first place.
➙ Is it possible to be in that frame of mind all the time?
➙ If you wear that attitude as a habit, it is.
➙ How can I wear it as a habit?
➙ By exerting that attitude multiple times starting with small things.
